Small updates

I've quickly update some of the code that is available on this website, here is a short list of these:

• serious blue tlog -- this blog's theme -- now fully localised
• my Emacs configuration files (now with reST support)
• the todotxt Deskbar plugin and the todotxt Python module (with a few bugs corrected)
